Refund policy
If for some reason you wish to return your order please email us at ask@owtravelproducts.com We will provide you with a Return Identification number and the postal address to send the packet to.
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
- Faulty items: If the product you received is faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping. This will be confirmed once you contact us.
- Packaging: Please include a copy of your invoice and ensure the product is securely wrapped and returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Change of mind: If you decide you no longer want the order, you may return it provided the product and packaging are undamaged. In this case, we will issue a full refund for the product, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the item reaches us safely.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened underwear packages.
Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receiving your returned items.
