Shipping policy

Payment
  • All payments are debited from your account when the goods are ordered.
  • We use Stripe for our online payments.
Dispatch Policies
  • All orders (subject to stock availability) are dispatched the next business day at the very latest.
  • Orders received on Bank Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • If we are unable to dispatch by the next business day we will contact you to arrange a mutually agreed alternative date. If we cannot agree another date, we will issue a full refund.
  • One-Wear will ship anywhere in the world
UK Standard Shipping
  • Standard Shipping is the same no matter how large the order.
  • One-Wear sends all standard orders by Royal Mail second class parcel post.
UK Express Shipping
  • Express is the same no matter how large the order.
  • Please note that express courier orders will require a signature on delivery.
  • Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday to accept delivery.
  • If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery.
  • If no contact is made within 2 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge may be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.
